A year round in-service education for teachers is held to upgrade their competencies. Before the opening of classes in June, a three-day seminar workshop was conducted be the principal, Mrs. Milagros F. Giron. The Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) of the DepEd was discussed particularly the changes in the subjects and marking system. Plenty of opportunities for hands-on learning was provided to ensure understanding and application of the content and methodologies of the BEC.
Aside from the seminar workshop, regular teachers; meetings are held for the acquisition of instructional skills. St. Jude Academy of Dasmariñas is aware of the fact that "as the teachers are, so are the pupils", hence, the provision for in-sevice education to ensure quality education.
